Philly and NYC-based Actor and Musician
Lauren (she/her/hers) is an actor and multi-instrumentalist from the Philly-area, currently based in NYC. She has performed in NYC Off-Broadway and in theaters around the country. She played The Fiddler in the critically acclaimed Fiddler on the Roof (in Yiddish), which received the 2019 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Revival of a Musical. and was directed by Tony and Oscar winner Joel Grey. Lauren's theatrical training includes a BFA in Acting from Boston University, during which she spent a semester abroad at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art studying Shakespeare. In addition to theater, Lauren is her own one-woman band with her violin and looper pedal (Fiddler on the Loop) and she performs for weddings and special events!
Lauren is part of Americana Women, a show made up of multi-instrumentalists from NYC which celebrates the icons of country and folk music.
